King Innovation® offers two sizes of premium insulated safety staples. Both have high-impact, hot-melt PVC bonded to the top of the staple. This extra measure of safety minimizes the risk of cutting the cable insulation, even if the staple is hit too aggressively or at an angle, and it prevents a short circuit if the insulation is cut. The PVC is highly visible and distinctively orange and blue-coded for size and application.

King Innovation has expanded our accessories offering to include metal staples. Metal staples are an excellent choice to fasten building wire/conductors and non-metallic wire. They also work with NM, BX UF and other cable. The design of our metal staples works with size 14/2, 12/2, 10/2 and 14/3, 12/3 10/3 wires.

King Innovation has expanded our accessories offering to include plastic insulated metal staples. The design allows the staples to go in easy without splitting the wood. Now we offer Contractors a solution to avoid common installation problems like arc faults, with a plastic insulated metal staple that prevents cutting into electrical insulation. Also, the plastic insulator “saddle” prevents the metal section of the staple from penetrating the sheathing if over-driven during hammering. The plastic insulator is made of a high-grade UV-resistant polyethylene; they resist the effects of temperature and will not rot or rust.
